Born in Rome on 3rd June 1944.

Graduated in Business Administration (specialization for chartered accountant) at the University of Rome, he is registered in the Milan Order of Professional Accountants and the Register of Auditors since 1999.

He is a Statutory Auditor of important national and international companies.

He completed forty years of experience working as accountant and tax advisor, first of all as junior advisor of an accounting firm, secondly as collaborator of  the consulting firm of Mr. Mario Pomara and, since 1975, in partnership with Mr. Mario Pomara and Mrs Luciana Pomara.

Graduated “cum laude” at Catholic University of Milan in October 1998 with degree in Economics and Business Administration. After 5 years working in a Top Strategic Consulting firm, leader in management consulting for top financial institutions, and after some years in the “strategic development” department of a Top Italian Bank, since 2004 Roberto joint Pomara Scibetta and Partners, where became partner in 2011.

He is registered in the Milan Order of Professional Accountants and the Register of Auditors since January 2007.

He is statutory auditor of important Italian and International companies, and he is member of many other boards, including the BoD of Italian Angels for Growth.

He practices tax and corporate advisory for ordinary and extra-ordinary transactions, with particular focus on international taxation. And follows also tax litigation, financial and strategic business planning.

Graduated “cum laude” at L. Bocconi University with degree in Economics and Business Administration (Finance degree). Registered in the Milan Order of Professional Accountants and Tax Advisors and the Auditors’ Register since 2009. She is a Statutory Auditor of important domestic companies. Her practice includes tax and corporate advice, M&A transactions and international tax planning. She has also acquired experience in tax litigation, business valuation and drafting of expert appraisals in the context of corporate finance transactions.

In 2015 she started collaborating with the Italian Chambers of Commerce located abroad in order to acquire skills and knowledge of foreign markets and assist Clients interested in investing in new markets and countries.

She is now Italian Representative of the Italian Chamber of Commerce in the UAE.
